Who we are

Vokara is a trading name of Infracoding Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 15565330. Infracoding Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed through Vokara. Contact us at hello@getvokara.com.

What we collect

• Account info: email, display name, and any profile data you enter.
• Usage data: lessons completed, streak, practice activity — used to power the product itself.
• Technical data: basic device and browser information for security and reliability.

How we use it

To run and improve Vokara, keep you signed in, sync your progress across devices, and contact you about your account. We don't sell your personal data.

Storage

Data is stored securely with our cloud backend provider and protected by row-level security so only you can read your records.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time — email hello@getvokara.com and we'll take care of it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your Vokara account and its associated data at any time from inside the app: go to Account → Delete Account, then confirm. This removes your profile, progress, saved scenarios, and subscription records held by us, and deletes your sign-in credentials. Deleting your account does not cancel an active Premium subscription: a subscription bought through Apple or Google is billed by the store and must be cancelled in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, and a subscription started on the Vokara website must be cancelled on the website.
